I have spent my whole life fine tuning the many skills I would need in order to be the perfect Real Estate

Consultant for you, your family, your friends and those people in your life who you like and refer to me.

 

I am now using those skills to be a strong and competent advocate for my clients.

 

I choose to live my life, in every moment, with honesty, kindness, strength, integrity, competence, loyalty,

Joy and Love. I choose to make a positive difference in the Real Estate experience of my clients and in the

greater community in which I live.

What I did before Real Estate:

 

Work Related:

 

  • R.N. Experienced in both hospital and office settings. Pediatric Telephone Triage Specialty.  Started the Triage Department at “Pediatric Health Care” in Boston and Restructured the Telephone Triage Department at “Children’s Medical Center” in Denver

  • Worked with the Author, and “The American Academy of Pediatrics” in updating the layout and organization of the National and International Triage Book “Pediatric Telephone Triage Protocols” edition 14, published by the “American Academy of Pediatrics”

  • Marketing Director for a large 17 doctor pediatric practice with 5 offices in the Boston area. 

  • Public Speaker. Giving educational talks, seminars, and workshops on Parenting issues. Affiliated with "The Center for Parenting Studies" at Wheelock College and "Families First" at the Children's Museum in Boston. 

  • Co-founder "Program for Parents." Parenting Talks, Seminars and Workshops for parents in public & private schools, churches, and community & national organizations in multiple states. Experience in seminar design, marketing, advertising and material and brochure design. Also affiliated with the workplace counterpart "Programs for Working People” giving “lunch-time seminars” at large national corporations. 

  • Author and Editor. I have written a Parenting book explaining 31 positive disciple techniques, and two chapters have been published on Amazon titled, “Limit-Less Parenting”

  • Juror for the "Parents Choice" Awards From 1990-2000 

  • Part Time Faculty Salem State College and Northern Essex community College, Division of Continuing Education

  • Research Assistant For a study at the Child Development Unit at Boston's Children's Hospital Medical Center under the direction of T. Berry Brazelton M.D.

  • Real Estate Broker since 2003.  “Broker-in-Charge” designation for “The Suzie Draper Group” originally with RE/MAX.

  • Staging Consultant.  Helping people maximize the quick sale of their home. 

  • Interior Design Consultant.  Helping people maximize the enjoyment of their home environment without spending a lot of money.

  • Renovation Consultant. Experience renovating both residential and commercial properties. 

  • Commercial Property Management For a 15000 sf Office building 

  • Trustee for a privately held Real Estate Trust

  • Retail Sales Ann Taylor Clothing

 

Volunteer Related:

  • Serving in many capacities with “The Junior League.”  Joining in 1976 in the Boston League and later in the Denver and Raleigh Leagues. Many volunteer involvements throughout the years supporting children, medical causes, schools and the community.

  • Chatham County Democratic Party volunteer since 2022.  Member of the CEC, Communication, Event and Volunteer Teams.

  • Breast Cancer Survivor.  Breast Cancer Class of 2001 

  • Mother of two grown daughters, and six ever growing grandchildren. It is this experience that has given me the opportunity to learn the most valuable life skills… and I'm still learning.
